As a buyers agent you have responsibility to immediately inform your client when the lender wants to move forward with the sales contract on either short sale or foreclosure.
When a listing agent contacts the buyers agent you must be ready to go with the followng:
Buyers agent to instruct the listing agent "allow us approximately 7 - 10 days " consider if
we want to pursue the purchase IS NOT MUSIC TO LISTING AGENT EARS ! ... matter fact the listing agent MIGHT provide 24 hour notice OR they will move on to next sales offer.
Lender and listing agent DON'T have time for delays of any home buyer reconsider their interest in the property THERE is a strong potential OTHER buyers are all ready to proceed forward with their offer.
What a nightmare.....You as the buyers agent vested your time for contract be canceled.
