Realtor we see all kinds of unfortunate circumstance weekly bases. 

On property with my buyer we found a deplorable situation when we entered a home. 

1. One cat inside home with no air no water no food
2. Two medium size dogs outside with no food no water
3. Abandoned property HOWEVER not at the time a foreclosure still owned by property owner
4. My buyer and I stopped immediately without a true conversation drove to store purchased large bowls of water and food. 
5. We returned set out items purchased for the pets showed how grateful they were to have something !
6. Next call was report these darling animals too Plano abandoned on the property.  One of the dogs appeared to have "heat spots" where was losing hair, and hardly had strength to stand up
7. We did keep our distance from the pets not knowing if they were any other issues
8. I CRIED ON HOW ANYONE COULD DO THIS TO ANY ANIMAL ! EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS OF APPROXIMATELY 107 - OR + WITH BELOW AVERAGE RAIN !
9. Unconfirmed where listing agent was, left several voice / emails with no response
