    Just found out today...
New homes 5 miles west of Texas Motor Speedway, just out of Fort Worth which means tax rate is 1.85% versus 2.85%
A whole point lower! There are just a few homes left and you only need $250.00 earnest money deposit IF you make an offer before October 16. They are brand new homes, high energy efficiency, wireless control of your lights, includes, washer, dryer, refrigerator, garage door opener plus closing costs paid!
The benefits of buying a new home this time of year:
Make your offer in before October 16
Close by the end of November
First mortgage payment is January 1st
Pay property taxes in 2012 on the "unimproved lot value" (meaning you pay on the lot, not the home)
Qualify for Homestead Tax Exemption for 2012 (taxes are paid in arrears) so when your taxes
are determined on the IMPROVED VALUE of the home in 2012, you will pay lower taxes with your Homestead Tax Exemption.

No option fee or inspector required on a new home. Builder carries warranty on appliances for one year.
Homes available as of tonight (10/02/110:   two 3 bedrooms 2 bath 2 car garage
two 4 bedrooms  2.5 bath  2 car garage
    Sq ft:  smallest 1453
             largest  2553
Price: The Sales Rep told me she would lower these as much as she CAN to sell out her CURRENT inventory for the year. The listed prices are $140,940 - $169,540
So I just need to know where you need your payment to be. My Lender will get these loans closed by November 30.
Let me know if now is the time and I will get right back with you.
    God Bless!
