Century City Condos, The Year in Review

Century City condos offer you a variety of options.  You have the options of high rise living a little away from the hustle and bustle, and also low-rise buildings with lots of open grounds.

Below is an example of one of the spectacular views you get from the Century Towers buildings at 2220 and 2222 Avenue of the Stars:

We should check in and see how the market performed in 2012 as compared with the previous year.

*The Century does not report all its sales on the MLS, so this is an estimate.

Overall Century City condo sales were up in 2012 over the previous year.  Median prices were up in all buildings except Century Woods, Le Parc, and The Century, but only slightly down at The Century.  And apart from The Century, and Century Hill the market is balanced or geared towards sellers.
