We list for less cost to people who want to sell their home. We figuire why charge someone alot of money just to have the listing appear on the MLS? If a property is priced right for the market, there are plenty of agents who are helping their clients find houses. If a seller can collect information and understand simple paperwork, with a little assistance they can sell their home and only pay the buyer's agent's commission. They save nearly half of what a full service listing would cost them.
