South Shore Poetry Share --- Saturday February 5th, 1:00Â to 3:00 p.m., Snow date, February 12th.Â Join Rose Marie Coyle, other poets and poetry lovers for a reading, writing and sharing session in the literary ambience of the library's HistoricalÂ Room.Â Bring a favorite poem to share, a pencil and notebook, or just come to listen.
"Easter Rising 1916" --- Tuesday, March 15th, 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.Â History lecturer John Horrigan will return to Marshfield to recount the events surrounding Ireland becoming a nation.Â Related book, music and poetry selections from the Ventress collection are available to take out.
