For July stats I did an overview of Anne Arundel county and the zeroe'd in on the cities of Odenton, Severn, Crofton and Gambrills, closest to the base, to see what those markets are doing. 

In Anne Arundel County the average sale price increase 6.5% over 2009 while the median sales price increased just 3%.  Days on market is down 24% to an average of 100 days on that market (our team average is 47 days!).  And the list price to sale price ratio is a somewhat disappointing 90%.  That means folks are making substantial price reductions to get their homes sold.  Unfortunately in many cases a couple of hundred dollars in preparation and staging could have prevented those dramatic decreases.
