Homes for sale in Little Egg Harbor averaged about 430 single family units in March, and sales of homes in Little Egg Harbor remained stable when compared to the February, 2010 report. And the median price of homes sold in Little Egg Harbor dropped in March when compared to February (the average sold price in February was $225,000).
The news is better when compared to March 2009.
Of the homes for sale in Little Egg Harbor that made it to the closing table in March, 2 were bank owned and two were Little Egg Harbor waterfront properties.
