Hello Crystal Buyers,
This is my listing, MLS# 3931385, located at 6324 46th Place in Crystal.
My seller is traditional and wants this house sold. We dropped it 5k today and we are looking for an offer. It is listed at $174,900.00 now, which is a GREAT price for that location.
There is room in the lower level to put up a stud wall and throw in an egress, probably about a $3k-4k expense, to easily turn this into a 4 bedroom home. With the right offer, we might be able to negotiate that work be done before the buyer moves in.
