Sarasota Inventory of Homes and Condos

All my clients are calling and pretty much they want the same thing, a steal not a deal!  Well I just got back from looking at several homes in South Sarasota and if you kick out the SHort Sales you really are limited because properties are not in great supply in the affordable price  range under 300,000.  Of course if you are not in a great rush the short sale properties are plentiful but a long road to travel and best for investors and not for a family looking to be in their new home by Christmas uness you mean Christmas of 2010 and probably 2011!
