I am a positive person. I send out positive messages to my peers and to the universe.  So it is difficult for me to understand why there are agents out there who seem to find so much joy in bulldozing others.

In several posts that I have read, an agent appears determined to prove the others wrong or goes off on a tangent, without answering the question asked, for the sole purpose of trying to discredit something someone else has said.

Do they really think that by trying to make everyone else look bad that they will look good?
I don't know. 

In the few times that I have come up against an agent like this, I have removed my blog posts from the Trulia website.  Sometimes it is better to walk away than to leave an indelible retort on the web.

I encourage the users of Trulia to consider working together instead of against one another.  It seems to me that if you are not positively contributing to answer a question posted by another Trulia user, then you should just not be a part of the conversation.  Put your focus on them, and not yourselves.
