At A GlanceThe Market Activity Index increased 0.3 points, nudging upward and equal to a year ago.Â The Pending Ratio declined .20 points, which means fewer closed sales next month, however the Months of Inventory dropped from 5.6 to 4.2, a pretty large decline.Â To sum up, all the indicators show that we have dropped back to the same place we were a year ago, and with the declining economy, things may decline further, which spells good news for buyers and bad news for sellers
