In December there were 19 sales with an average sales price of $204678 with a list to sales ratio of 94% and 112 days on the  market. During December there were 27 new listings added to the inventory with 46 listings expiring.

Currently there are 250 properties listed in New Berlin.
There were a total of 340 properties that sold in New Berlin in 2010 which is 62 fewer sales than happened in 2009.  In 2010 there was a average of 28 sales per month, which indicates a 9 months on listing inventory on the market for New Berlin.

There was no difference in sales price when compared to 2009 data in 2010.  The median sales price was 250000 both years.

The new listing added in 2010 were 1.6% less at 726 when compared to the new inventory added in 2009.  The average starting list price was also down when compared to 2009 data.  In 2009 the list price average was 229900 while in 2010 the average was 224900 or a 2.2% decline.


The current inventory has an average list price of $250107 and has been on the market 241 days.
