Obama address to Congress - a recap

Just watched President Obama's address to the joint session of Congress.  While there was really no new information for home buyers and home owners, there was reassurance that his mortgage crisis plan will help otherwise responsible home owners struggling to make payments - and not speculators or people who intentionally bought over their heads.  And again, he promised more details in the coming weeks.

It's clear that this was a speech as much to the American people as it was to Congressional leaders.  There's been a lot of concern and frustration over the stimulus plan and the mortgage relief plan over the last few weeks.  Just check out some of these posts:
