June market stats reflect a 2 ¼ year supply of available homes!  There is a 63.8% increase in new Wakefield Residential Listings; and successful sales are down 54.5% over last year’s MTD transactions.  The time it takes to experience a successful sale increased from 4.2 months to 4.7 months.  Bottom line…today’s buyers have even more to choose from…current inventory remaining high with 175 active residential listings ranging in value between $49,900. - $1,250,000.

  • ·         Average Priced Sold Homes…up 62%
  • ·         Lowest Sales Price recorded was 241 Walsh Road for $99,900.
  • ·         Highest Sales Price 197 Vange Way, a 410’ Waterfront home on Belleau Lake sold for $409,000.
