You want your home to stand out among the rest a fresh coat of paint neatly cut grass all these things play a role in getting you the highest price for your property if you don't put much in you wont get much out. After all the competition is out there so you wont to stand out among the best.

    When selling your home the first thing you see is the outside.Curb appeal makes the home more appealing to your buyer's . Get some mulch and cheap flower's make the yard look neat . After all the outside might make or break a deal.

    For seller's What you put into your home is what you get out of it . If you didn't do much to contribute to the up keep of the home while you living there .When time to sell you might be disappointed.
