If your car breakdown is public transportation close to the area your looking to purchase in .     Sometimes you might do better paying your credit cards down instead of off if your looking to purchase soon it may be a bad idea to pay credit cards off because your credit score will drop instantly if your looking to purchase in a year or it's okay . Before you make a payment always ask will the derogatory report be taken off your credit report
