Organizers have been hosting this fundraising event since 1994, when 27-year-old Brian Schultz, an avid golfer, died following a sudden cancer diagnosis. Proceeds go toward cancer research at the UC San Diego Moores Cancer Center. In addition to the golf tournament, attendees can enjoy a barbecue lunch, live music entertainment, a putting contest, and both silent and live auctions. Children are welcome, as well, and will enjoy a variety of activities such as Wii games, arts and crafts, and a pizza dinner. Reserve a tournament spot for this popular community event while space is still available. Buffet-only tickets are available, as well.
