I have a client recently tell me that I was like the Chamber of Commerce.  She always calls me when she needs to know something, like a phone number, where to get your car worked on, where to eat etc...  Its usually is never about Real Estate, I call her about that subject. 

This is good news for me.  When she calls now, I answer the phone, "Chamber of Commerce", and we have a good laugh and she asks her question.  The more I know about my town the better for me.  I can talk about cars, sawmills, hiking, biking, gem mines, and down to where I get my hair cut.  I have always believed in the Chamber of Commerce, they do an awesome job for our town!
