Â If so, there are some ways to help this situation.Â Your realtor should have done a comparative market analysis prior to you signing any contract.Â This gives you an idea of what that property will appraise for.Â Your realtor should also go to the appraisal and meet with appraiser.Â He/She should have the CMA ready for the meeting and be prepared to talk about any upgrades or remodeling that may have added value to the home.Â
If these steps are followed then chances are you will not have any problems with the appraisal.
