In the month of Frebruary 2012 there were 32 homes for sale with a median price range of 287 k, low price range 140 k, and high price ramge of 475 k. Actives listing that remain were a total of 24 with a median price range of 309 k, and backups were a total of 279 k for the month of frebruary 2012.( This information was gathered directy from the mls)

Reseda's home resale inventories decreased, with a 9 percent decrease since January 2012. Distressed properties such as foreclosures and short sales decreased as a percentage of the total market in March. The median listing price in Reseda went up from January to March. There were a total of 1 price increases and 29 price decreases.
