Keller ISD's community will have an opportunity to meet Dr. Randy Reid, lone finalist for the KISD Superintendent position, at a Meet and Greet Event on Thursday, August 2, 2012.

The event is scheduled for 5-6:30 p.m. at the Keller ISD Education Center Boardroom, The Rock Gym, and is pending the Board of Trustees' approval of Dr. Reid's hiring at a Special Meeting on July 26.  The Keller ISD Education Foundation is sponsoring the event.

On July 2, the Board named Dr. Reid the lone finalist for KISD Superintendent at a Special Meeting.  The state requires a 21-day waiting period after being named the lone finalist before a district can make a superintendent hire.

The August 2 Meet and Greet is free and open to the public.
