    Menlo Park Home Sales Report For July 2013The Menlo Park home sales report for July 2013 reflects the improving market throughout Silicon Valley and strong demand for luxury and mid-market homes in Menlo Park.  Of the 57 homes that closed escrow in July (up from 43 in June), 46 were sold in 30 days or sooner and only four sold in over 60 days.
