Ok, so you have finally written that perfect blog that is sure to entice the reader and even get good ratings on the search engines. Why not spread it around via various blogging hosts. I guess the advice I am trying to give is to take a little bit more time to copy and past a well written blog to multiple hosts.
For example while doing real estate in the pocono area I would title my BLog "pocono real estate". It would usually be written as a trulia blog using the common day search optimization techniques. I would then post that blog to the following top 5 blog hosts I found to penetrate the search engines.
Whoops... hold on one second i have a facebook im....
Ok i am back... I tell the president over and over again that he just cant im me when ever he feels like it..
anyway... where was i... oh yes BLOGGING
My top 5 are as follows:
Each additional copy of your blog post to those sites increases your exposure; in that, where you find your post show up on the first page of google you may find it coming up five times across the first 3 pages increasing the chance a future client may click on it.
I recommend 5 because it is manageable and effective. However, I did get up to 20 just for kicks and found that one post I did hit 10 different spots on the first 2 pages of google. Some may call this cheating or spammng but I call it effective and if you wrote a blog worth reading why not put it everywhere. Also to change around the title if possible is also a good trick.
Now if some of you reading this post like the idea but do not have the time or know how to implement it... feel free to call us. My company has a service for multi blog platform posting. Just ask for Johnathan. 1-973-513-1648
As always thanks for reading and stay tuned.

Hmmmmmmmmmm, Ok why is google google, why is twitter contantly over its capacity, why is facebook ranked in the top five of most visited websites, why can anyone become a star on youtube, why is ebay the largest flee market in the world, and why is my toast now burning.... One sec I will be right back...
Ok where was I... ahhh yes, Perpetual websites.
The purpose of this blog is to teach two things,
1. To provoke you to think creatively about building your own website or reconstructing the one you already have.
2. You can not be on the Internet and cook toast at the same time. (maybe i should get a new toaster)

According to some reliable source I found on the Internet "Perpetual" is defined as
1. continuing or enduring forever; everlasting. 2. lasting an indefinitely long time: perpetual snow. 3. continuing or continued without intermission or interruption; ceaseless: a perpetual stream of visitors all day.
Whenever I hear the word Perpetual I automatically think of perpetual motion. You know, those devices that continue to move without any added energy from an outside source once the motion is started. We should be building our websites after the same manner.
The sites that I have mentioned above have a perpetualness to them in that they continue to grow and grow by the participation of their visitors. The beauty part of there perpetual nature is the consistent novelty they all have. These sites will never get boring because of the new material that is added to them day by day, hour by hour, minute by minute, and now with twitter sec by sec.
We all have websites that offer a service or can be a useful resource center. Now challenge yourself and ask how can I get my visitors to do some work for me, how can I get them to participate in the growth of my site??
The momentum of your site depends on it's usefulness, simplicity, and coolness.
Just ask your self the question "How can I get my visitors to participate in my website development"
Try some ideas out and see what happens.
If you are successful in this your business will fly and in turn you might accidently start a whole other web business.
I welcome and would appreciate any ideas you would have or maybe would want some help with. Currently my website is under construction and I have been giving a lot of thought to a perpetual website.
thanks for reading and I hope this Blog sparked some creativity
