Well I've just received conformation that the Eastern Shores is moving up in the ranking.
That's right our growth in this area is booming. Currently Mobile is in 6th place, and that allows the Eastern Shores to be included in those figures. January figures just came out this past Sunday showing 98 homes sold in the Eastern Shores Area.
People are coming back into the Real Estate Arena, all be it carefully, however there are bargains out there to still be had. Recently we have been working with clients who are lookinig in the 250k and below. What we are seeing are more conservative buyers who desire a home, yet want to be comfortable with there monthly note. We applaude buyers with that attitude, it' is true wisdom that is being used given todays current market.
