Give your agent your search criteria so that a search can be set upÂ that matchesÂ your needs saving you and your agentÂ time and gas.Â You also willÂ have a greater chance of success not looking at hundreds of homes picked by your realtor not knowing what you are looking for. Ask for and fill out an application prior to looking, keep it with you while searching! The minute you see the home you want you will already have your application filled out and put you ahead of other unprepared tenants that have to go home and fill it out. DO NOT BE ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE!

We need a pre-qualification or Pre-approval letter to turn in with any and all offers. This shows the seller and your agent that you are a serious buyer and strengthens your offer. Your agent should have a list of Mortgage professionals who can do this with a short phone-call.
