time of year when the nation commemorates the passage of the 1968 Fair
Housing Act and reaffirms the right of every person to live where they
choose, regardless of their race, color, national origin, sex, religion,
familial status, or disability. April 2013 marks the 45th anniversary of the 1968 landmark Fair Housing
Act. The Realtor Fair Housing Declaration: I agree to;
