Fresh off his new single, “Cake by the Ocean,” with new band DNCE, singer/actor Joe Jonas has put his West Hollywood mansion on the market for $2.895 million. It’s quite the quick turnaround for the former Jonas Brothers singer, who bought the house in May of 2014 for $2.595 million.
The four-bed, five-bath home, which was built in 1923, is located just off the Sunset Strip in the celebrity-laden neighborhood of Sunset Square in West Hollywood. Measuring 2,888 square feet, the traditional-style home features an elegant eat-in kitchen, dining room, lounge/breakfast area, living room, and media room, which can double as a fifth bedroom.
In the backyard, a private oasis with lush landscaping features an outdoor dining area, barbecue, sparkling pool, and two-car garage. And while there’s no word on where Jonas is headed, we wonder if he’s planning to shack up with his current gal pal, Gigi Hadid, who sold her New York apartment back in July. The duo were just spotted in the oh-so-romantic City of Lights last weekend. Clearly, their romance is transcontinental.
As for the rest of the Jonas clan, brother Nick Jonas sold his Sunset Strip home in April, just two years after he purchased it. Meanwhile, eldest brother Kevin Jonas unloaded his New Jersey spread back in 2013. And father Kevin Jonas Sr. recently started construction on his new restaurant in Belmont, NC. Sounds like this family is always on the move.
