    Who Knew? Las Vegas Facts
    Las Vegas Facts:

Las Vegas has inspired plenty of myths, legends and lore. Here, though, are a few surprising and actual facts.
When Paul Anka first played Vegas he was too young to be allowed in the casino.
Bugsy Siegel named his casino the Flamingo after the long legs of his showgirl girlfriend.
In Nevada it is mandatory that video slot machines pay a minimum of 75 percent on average.
Vegas Vic, the enormous neon cowboy that towers over Fremont Street, is the world's largest mechanical neon sign.
Howard Hughes stayed at the Desert Inn for so long that he was asked to leave. He bought the hotel.
Camels were used as pack animals in Nevada as late as 1870.
Over 39 million people visit Las Vegas each year.
Seventeen of the 20 biggest hotels in the U.S. are in Las Vegas.

    9 LARGER-THAN-LIFE STEAKS
IN THE CITY THAT DOES EVERYTHING BIGGER, MASSIVE CUTS OF BEEF ARE STILL KING
"There's just no escaping it-now and then, Las Vegas is a land of steakhouses and buffets. We've got more of each in one 4-mile stretch of road than most whole cities, and that means the stakes have been raised to provide even more exemplary experiences. For steakhouses to get a foothold among increased competition, they've had to increase not only the quality of the steaks, but also the size."

Many potential buyers are waiting until they can be 100% sure the real estate market has fully recovered before making the move to purchase a home.

Here are reasons why waiting might not make sense any longer:

    1. We have a housing shortage; homes are in bidding wars and going for list price and above.

    2. Commercial Construction is back creating new jobs - new jobs means more buyers.

As you are waiting.....Prices continue to Rise!

    3. Interest Rates Are Expected to Increase
