One of the most frustrating things I see as a buyer's agent is showing instructions telling me not to go into part of home. When you do not allow a buyer to see part of your home because you've barricaded an animal in that room or some other reason, the buyer more times than not, will believe you are hiding something. Think about it, "You can see every room in my house but this one." Sounds fishy doesn't it? Find a better solution for your pets or whatever you may be securing in the forbidden room. When buyers
search for homes and decide to tour one, they want to see the whole thing.
