Total single-family homes sold in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood were down slightly from 35 to 32Â (a 6% drop), however, the median sales price was up 3% to $1,727,820 (from $1,683,173 in 2007 4Q) and the averageÂ single-family home prices were up 8% in 2008 to $2,069,132 compared with $1,913,651 in 2007.
