Shop Door County

The concept  "Shop at Home" has been around Door County for years, even before the current "Buy Local" initiative. While we know consumers can't purchase everything they need right here on the peninsula it would be great if your little shop around the corner was the first place you looked for gifts, major appliances, autos and other services before heading out of town to buy elsewhere.

With that in mind we want to mention the Adams' Team has some  fantastic listings of commercial real estate located in highly visible locations including the highway  entrance to Sturgeon Bay and also the Hwy. 42/57 business route right through Historic Downtown Sturgeon Bay on Jefferson Street. If you have been thinking of starting that new business or want to expand and relocate to a site with good visibility, great off-street parking and abundant square footage please call us at  Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group  or 920-559-7005 for a Free Brochure or a property tour. Now is the time to buy commercial offerings so you are ready for the summer tourism season.

We couldn't end this posting without adding our thoughts about the coming Super Bowl game featuring "our" Green Bay Packers and the Steelers. This week alone Door and Kewaunee Counties received a combined total of more than two feet of snow but that hasn't put a chill on the enthusiasm for the big event coming up this weekend. Everywhere you shop local residents and visitors alike are wearing green and gold and chanting, Go, Pack, Go!  Win or lose  it seems that throughout Northeast Wisconsin even the Blizzard of 2011 has taken second billing to the excitement  spurred on by the event in Dallas  Feb. 6. Thanks, G-Force, for warming our hearts!
