The Historic Erie Canal City of Buffalo

Buffalo: City of good neighbors and the city that did not have a housing bust... because we never had a housing boom since 1825. Yes you can find a home for the cost of a VCR (from the City) and just slew of dirt cheep propriety that would be astronomical in other markets however there is also a good reason why we never had a boom or bust: Our Failing Public Policy Makers (and you fought I was going to say the weather). The Buffalo region is ripe for a influx of new ideas to enhance the beauty of this city. Buffalo has cultural landmarks that more establish cities would envy to have that goes beyond sports teams. The cost to have a roof over your head is very low and maybe the jobs and prosperity will follow. In Buffalo itself an area to watch is it West Side in the Grover Cleveland High School area. Allentown and Italy's Village are trendy districts and are also some of the oldest neighborhoods of Buffalo.
