Opinion on Open Houses

Opinions on the effectiveness of open houses are split. One side claims that open houses are a client pacifier that draws in little to no effective leads. The other side counters that opinion with their own—one that with due to modern marketing techniques open houses are regaining effectiveness.

Great points Jen. In my experience as an agent I have acquired many great leads from open houses. However, they can definitely be hit or miss. It seems for me that for every one good turnout, they are 3 that are not so great. Thanks for sharing!
