I just received an email regarding the release of the last homes sites in Trilogy. They are going to release them a few weeks earlier then planned.
If you've considered building a new home rather then a resale this is your best chance to get the lot you want. Once these are gone, they are gone for good.

Here's another sign that pricing has finally stopped it's declines in the Phoenix market. Trilogy at Vistancia (located in Peoria, Arizona) is raising all their pricing again as of Ocotber 28th so there's not a lot of time to take advantage of their 2012 pricing. I have messages out to my contacts at Pebble Creek
(in Goodyear, Arizona) and Sun City Festival
(in Buckeye, Arizona) so when I get information I will post that also.

It’s hard to belive the year already 1/2 over and we feel like we’re just getting started. 2012 has brought a lot of changes to our market, most of which is good news for the sellers. None of us could have predicted the market would take off like it has but then again none of us could have predicted how quickly it would fall a few years ago.
