Maybe someone has the answer.....I have a client who rented a home that went into FORECLOSURE.  She had a 2 year lease(she signed the lease prior to the home going into FORECLOSURE).  The bank(FLAGSTAR) told her she can either move and get some money or finsih up the lease which is up in March of 2011.  She coninues to make rent payments to the bank on time every month.  Every 45-60 days the bank send a process server to post a eviction notice and she has to resend the paperwork.  My question is at what point is this harrassment from the bank?  She has a right to quite enjoyment.  The bank agreed to be a landlord and they continue send letters, send process servers, etc.  If a "REGULAR" landlord was doing this would be a total violation.  Since the bank is doing this is there any recourse?

Here in Texas, our State Association has Attorneys we can call for guidance. They are great!! Maybe yours has the same? Ask your broker about them if you're not sure.
