Have the homes in your area returned to peak?

San Diego's Union Tribune posted a real estate analysis on the pace certain areas are recovering. Homes seemed to have risen lately, but some are wondering if current values have returned to their peaks.  They have provided with a list of data showing exactly how far are certain ZIP code's median price from its peak.
