Jason Aldean Lists His Tennessee Estate For $7.875M

The country crooner is looking to move his 'Big Green Tractor.'

If this is the sprawling estate that inspired Jason Aldean’s “Dirt Road Anthem,” then we certainly wouldn’t mind living there. The country crooner just listed the Talley Moore estate, his sprawling 120-acre property in Columbia, Tennessee for a whopping $7.875 million. Aldean only purchased the home back in 2016 for $5.335 million, but maybe it just wasn’t “His Kinda Party.” We’d certainly be willing to take it off his hands…

Located up a driveway measuring almost a mile long, the 9000-square-foot main house is as country luxe as it gets, with six bedrooms and eight-and-a-half baths. Handcrafted oak floors, reclaimed wood cabinets, and a spiral staircase add a dose of luxury to the traditional rustic style. In the entry, guests are greeted by a custom fish tank, which you may have seen on the popular show “Tanked.” Continue inside and you’d see the exquisite staircase cascading upward to the second level, where each bedroom is unique and features its own bath. Downstairs, a chef’s quality kitchen filled with distressed wood cabinetry has top-of-the-line appliances and a large center island, and continues into a formal dining room that’s ideal for entertaining guests. Don’t miss catching a glance of Aldean’s trophy room, filled with his guitars and football memorabilia.

The estate also features extravagant additions like a custom bowling alley and 10,000-square-foot horse facility, as well as exquisite views of the woods, pastures, and springs of rural Tennessee. There’s even space to build your own helicopter pad, in case you feel like taking off once in a while. Of course with 4,500 square feet of outdoor living space, including a gunite pool, travertine pool deck, full outdoor kitchen, gas fire pit, and pool fountain, we can’t quite figure out why you’d ever want to leave.

In typical country mega-star style, the Talley Moore estate isn’t Aldean’s only home. He also owns Black Jack Ridge, a whopping 1436-acre property in Centerville, Tennessee.
