Average List Price:  $159,458

Average Sales Price:  $154,071 (97% of list price)

Median List Price:  $119,900

Median Sales Price:  $116,250

Lowest Sales Price:  $7,000 (3 BR 1 Bath 1,176 Sq Ft Home that was a handyman special)

Highest Sales Price:  $899,900 (4 BR 3.5 Bath 4,333 Sq Ft Home n 24 acres in the country)

Average Days On Market:  78

What does this report tell us about the Columbia City real estate market last month?  The days on market is fair at 78.  Homes selling for 97% would suggest that it's a seller's market.  Imagine that!!  In all reality, the Columbia City real estate market is strong for both buyers and sellers today.
