Jane - that hurts my feelings as I was totally goingto blog about this later today. What are you a mind reader? Thanks for providing the information as I think buyers really need to understand the real tax rates. I have put some articles out on that as well to try to eductate.

It can become a death blow to their loan qualification amount if they aren't aware of it and the lender is running them at an estimated 1.25% as the usually do.

Funny! I think most consumers are aware of the tax issues here and also San Diego County, especially in the newer, Bond Sensitise areas! The loan officers have done a great job at educating buyers about how the tax rate can affect their payments.

BTW: Go ahead and do your post! There are so many people on here viewing our posts, it won't matter if you post about the same thing or not and I am sure you will have a little different take on it!!!
