Alright. I'm saving my money to buy a house in Los Angeles but I can't seem to find the right place for me. My fiance just got out of college and I am going to college soon. I will be attending the FIDM college in Los Angeles. I'm not to sure if I want to wait a year or two or not. I'm looking to go to school and settle down. Maybe even start a family. I'm looking for a house that I can make into a home. Something I can raise my children in. I'm all to new at real estate and from what I hear it's a little tricky. I dont want to but my first home thinking it's great but only to be hoodwinked by a wolf in sheeps clothing. I want a safe nieghborhood where I dont have to worry about being robbed walking down the street or have to worry about someone breaking into my house. I have never left Texas and the move will be a little scary but I'm willing to take the risk. I just need a nice house to call home. A nice, cheap(ish), two to three bedroom house. Somewhere within the range of $100,000 to $300,000. Preferably in the middle. I mean it's not really to much to ask for. I've found really nice cheap houses on this site that would be perfect for me. But if anyone has any suggestions or knows of a really nice house on here I would appreciate the help. (Include pictures of every room, front yard, backyard, and damages if any)
