All my client's these days are computer savvy and they are seeking to find all the info they can..in a consise, fast manner...for life is too short to wait for a Realtor, etc. to "get back to you"
So as I revamp both websites, http://www.iancockburn.prugardner.com/ and www.iansellsnola.com I have found ways and means for them to instantly pull up listings of what is available for sale. Going beyond this in the upcoming weeks I will start featuring reports that show what is selling and where...the "hot spots" in the New Orleans metro area where I see the best values.
Stay tuned, logon through my website and I hope to hear from some serious buyers and sellers looking for an agent they can trust to get the job done!
