Jeff, you provided a quick and capitivating presentation at Inman Connect - powerful tools...and sharing this list through Trulia, Fran, is a great gift to all. If readers would only implement 3 of these ideas to their 2009 business, major strides could be achieved. Great stuff!

Hi Jeff! Nice listing. You are absolutely right. Face-to-face meetings are always best and effective. I am also a realtor and using RHUB's TurboMeeting for past 3 years. I am happy with its features. For example, its hiding attendees feature helps to hide the attendee list so it will be possible to do a showing to multiple prospects at one time. Just like GoToMeeting, RHUB is also a paid service but it's a one time fee product.
