It is neccesary to have a Rental property Insurance?

Whether you are a Landlord or a Tenant it is important to have insurance of the liability. Injuries can be caused by some defective conditions of the rental property, enviromental hazards or criminal activity. Rental insurance is a win-win situation since it protect both, the Tenant and the Landlord and normally the tenant can get it for around $15 to $20 a month for the tenant.
For tenants, this is by far the least expensive way to have a piece of mind and protect your valuables.  Landlord insurance protects the building not the tenant's contents.
