    While last years average sale price has declined, units sold held strong on the North Shore and Marblehead markets. We are very hopeful, however cautiously optimistic for the upcoming 2012 Real Estate market.

    Money has never been cheaper and the pent up energy from buyers standing by, ready to make the first jump at any "true" value is a certain positive indicator.
