What to do?
Property is in a great location..... in move in condition...... on a larger lot than normal .....
on a golf course...... lovely grounds, gorgeous subdivisionÂ .... price reduced several times and now
in a really good and competitive price range and still
Agents are not previewing during Brokers open houses
On Sunday open houses no visitors
Agents are not showing to clientsÂ andÂ Buyers may call to get questions answered but
do not commit to see the property....
What else is one to do to market, advertise, etc. etc.Â Â BUT MOST OF ALL GET INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY FROM AGENTS and better yet from the buying public....
This market is different from before, way more homes are competing for the few ready and willing buyers.... Any suggestions out there, that I may not have yet thought of????
I am ready to listen and try just about anything, it is truly a great home, how do I get Agents and or Buyers inside to fully appreciate this homeÂ Â 5 bedroomsÂ 3 1/2 baths and 3 car att. garage
on 1/2 acre.....
