If you are looking to BUY, then contact a REALTOR, to handle it for you and you don't even pay for the services usually. The Seller does. WHY? Sellers can figure in the commission as a selling expense, and most importantly, they will get quality representation. At the end of the day; that is an investment worth every penny! A "Realtor" is not every Real Estate agent. A "Realtor"is an agent belonging to an association with which a Real Estate agent must sign up and pledge to uphold the highest ethics of the association of their profession...for all parties involved in a transaction. A "Realtor" is your best bet for having the quality of performance you expect from a professional.

Just because you have a Real Estate License - doesn't mean people come rushing to your door for you to sell their property,or to help them find a property to buy! No sir-re-bob! We all wish that was the case, and that is our long term goal, after all is said and done! Sure, we'd love to be so busy that we just don't have time to get any more new clients. Wouldn't that be great!
What I strive to conceive to my clients is taken from a great quote of Lou Holtz. "Ability is what you are capable of doing. Motivation determines what you do. And, Attitude determines how well you do it". (Done in the least amount of time and with the highest quality possible!)
