My Favorite Rancho Mirage Gated Communities: St. Augustine

My Favorite Rancho Mirage Gated Communities:
St. Augustine

St. Augustine is an upscale gated community located off Dean Martin, west of Da Valle, and just a short distance to the Mission Hills Country Club. These beautiful single family homes, built from 1997-2004, have nice sized lots from 9,000 to over 15,500 square feet in size.

Three and four bedroom homes are available here and include a casita as one of the bedrooms, and three to four bathrooms. They’ll range in size from 2,525 to 3,650 square feet. The smaller models have two car garages, and the larger floor plans include a three car garage.

Many of the homes in St. Augustine are situated on a seven acre greenbelt, which includes three small lakes with water fountains, lush landscaping, and wide walkways. Residents also enjoy two tennis courts. Many of the homes have spectacular mountain views…especially those on the greenbelt and/or water.
