    The inventory of single family detached homes in Dublin increased 63 at the end of May to 65 at the end of June.  Sales that went pending during the month increased from 49 in May to 58 in June.  Inventory relative to pending sales decreased from 1.4 months at the end of May to 1.1 months at the end of June.  The median sales price decreased to $860,000 in June from $794,525 in May.

    The inventory of single family detached homes in Dublin increased from 54 at the end of April to 63 at the end of May.  Sales that went pending during the month decreased from 56 in April to 53 in May.  Inventory relative to pending sales increased from 0.9 months at the end of April to 1.2 months at the end of May.  The median sales price decreased to $794,525 in May from $870,000 in April.

    The inventory of single family detached homes in Dublin increased from 37 at the end of January to 42 at the end of February.  Sales that went pending during the month were flat at 32.  Inventory relative to sales increased from 0.8 months at the end January to 1.0 month at the end of February.  The median sales price increased to $723,000 in February from $665,000 in January.

    The Emerald Park neighborhood of Dublin has no active listing and only two pending sales. The pending sales have been on the market for an average of 25 days.  The average asking price is $847,475 or $310 per square foot. 

    There were 5 closed sales during the past six months, at an average price of $826,700 or $336 per square foot.  That was about 103% of the average asking price.  These homes were on the market for 10 days, on average.
