While there’s a lot of online information, resources, and “noise” out there regarding the housing market and sites you can peruse to find your dream house, these can only be useful as baby steps toward buying your new home.  Conducting a real estate search entirely on-line can be a frustrating and painstaking endeavor.  It’s for this reason that we thought we should set the record straight and write a blog that provides answers and real reasons for working with a Buyer’s Broker and the rewards you’ll receive for doing so.

But wait, won’t I save money if I buy my home directly through the Listing Broker?
